What makes this condo unique is its peace. The community is very quiet, and the people are very friendly. Also the fact that is so close to everything that one needs when on holiday alone, with your couple or family or friends.

Guest Access

You will have access to the outdoor swimming pool on the premises, and all of the amenities nearby that Jaco offers such as: restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, cinema, theater, etc.

Interaction with Guests

I like to make sure that my guests have all that they need for a pleasant stay while in Costa Rica.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet, secure, and gated. People are very friendly. Everyone one is there to get away from it all and relax!

Getting around

It’s easy to get around, from the condo you can walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. You may also take a taxi, bus, rent a bike, rent a car, etc.

Other Things to Note

For rentals that are 1 month or longer you will be responsible to pay the electric bill. This bill may run from $30 to $200 based on how much you use the air conditioning. For long term rentals I will require a deposit of $400 upon arrival that, that will be refunded at check out if there are no damages or outstanding electric bills.
The house rules will be given to you upon arrival with a Rental Contract .
If you wish cleaning Service daily, weekly or monthly can be requested at extra fee.
