The space

Great ocean  and mountain views, perfect lodging for family vacation, surfers or nature lovers, this home is  at the base of the mountain, just a short walk to Playa Hermosa and a short drive to the fun of Jaco. Rental includes entire first floor and second floor for big groups or can be rented-out separately. The Villa on the second floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a sofa bed in the living area, and a huge terrace. The Villa on the first floor is very cozy, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a pool deck. If both villas are rented-out a total of 8 plus two in sofa beds can be accommodated! It is  gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen in both villas, dining area, living room and deck with private pool.  There is plenty of parking, hot and cold water, laundry on top Villa. Laundry service upon request and express service if you wish to remain indoors for any need that you may have.  
We can arrange to pick you up at the airport and provide taxi or car rental services and connect you with anything you may want while you are on your vacation , from where to party, to the best place to rent surfboards and other outdoor sporting goods, as well as where to get the best nature and animal tours, where the best place to eat is, and a massage service right at your location. The house is very nice and we want to keep it that way so please enjoy it and make great memories, but remember that this house is special and we want to keep it that way:)

Getting around

Within Hermosa Beach you may take a taxi, ride a bike, rent a car, or rent an atv, or take a bus with no problem!

 

Other things to note

For rentals that are 1 month or longer you will be responsible to pay the electric bill. This bill may run from $30 to $300 based on how much you use the air conditioning. For long term rentals I will require a deposit of $400 upon arrival that, that will be refunded at check out if there are no damages or outstanding electric bills.
