This is a small condo with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed, it fits 6 people and it's located at No. 4 Jaco Park Hannia Condos. A 24/7 guarded gated community, within walking distance to the beach, and the amenities that Jaco offers such as: restaurants, etc.

 

For rentals that are 1 month or longer you will be responsible to pay the electric bill. This bill may run from $30 to $200 based on how much you use the air conditioning. For long term rentals I will require a deposit of $350 upon arrival that, that will be refunded at check out if there are no damages or outstanding electric bills.

You will have access to the swimming pool on the premises which is right in front of the condo. Also, a/c, cable tv, wi-fi internet, nearby restaurants, movie theater, shopping centers, public beach, tour operators, bars, casinos, and more!

 

I will be present throughout your stay, giving you support in whatever is needed.

 

Large Homes with pools or without pools pays water and electricity bill separately from rental payment.

 

It is a quiet gated community, secure, convenient, accessible, peaceful and relaxing!

 

Within Jaco you may take a taxi, ride a bike, rent a car, or rent an atv, or take a bus with no problem!
