The space
This condo is small but cozy and has all things needed for an affordable vacation. It is nearby all of the amenities that Jaco has to offer, such as,
the beach of course, restaurants, bars, clubs, casinos, shops, cinema. It is all within walking distance. Washer and dryer very important.
 

Guest access
You will have access to the outdoor pool for your enjoyment and of course all of Jaco's amenities.
Interaction with guests
I personally like guests to feel at home, so I will do everything possible so that all of your needs are satisfied for your stay.
 

The neighborhood
Jaco Park is a 24/7 guarded gated community which is very peaceful and people are very friendly. it is centrally located and has access to all that Jaco has to offer.
 

Getting around
Getting around is easy: you can walk, ride a bike, take a bus, take a cab, rent a car.
You can take bus to the airport from Alajuela Airport to Jaco or from Jaco to the airport.
 

Other things to note
There is no smoking allowed inside the Villa.
The house rules will be given to you upon arrival with a Rental Contract .
You can request daily or weekly cleaning at your own request and extra charge.
Electric bill is separately from Rental Fee, for stays longer than 3 days.
