This cozy 2 bedroom condo is located at Jaco , behind the Monkey Bar on the main strip in Jaco, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, our cozy condo is within walking distance to a wide range of restaurants for all kinds of tastes, shops, markets, cinema, performance theater and of course the beach, which is only 1 blocks away!!!

Getting around
It is easy to get around Jaco, it is 1 hour away from San Jose, and 45 minutes away by car to Manuel Antonio. You can rent a car, rent an ATV, take a cab, or a bus, or simply ride your bike around the town.

No indoor smoking allowed!
Large Homes with pools or without pools pays water and electricity bill separately from rental payment.The house rules will be given to you upon arrival with a Rental Contract

Jaco Park Hannia Condominium Rules & Restrictions
1- Driving speed within the facilities 20 KPH (12 MPH)
2- Respect the swimming pool rules (Failure to comply will result in a fine by the Condominium management):
- No showering before entering the pool - $10
- Towels on top of the chairs or tanning beds - $20
- Love scenes in public - $50
- Eating, smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages around the pool area - $20
- Glass items around pool area or in the pool - $50
- Children under 12 years of age who are not accompanied by an adult - $50
- Swimming pool usage before 7 am and after 10 pm - $20
- Usage of boogie boards, surf boards or inflatables - $10
3- No excessive noise after 10 pm
4- Maximum amount of people per condo 4
5- Visitors may enter when authorized by the resident
6- No pets allowed
7- A maximum of 5 items are allowed on the terrace (i.e. chairs, tables, grills, hammocks, bikes)
8- No clothes lines or any type of clothes hanging within the common areas
