This cozy 2 bedroom condo is located at Jaco Park Hannia, behind the Monkey Bar on the main strip in Jaco, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, our cozy condo is within walking distance to a wide range of restaurants for all kinds of tastes, shops, markets, cinema, performance theater and of course the beach, which is only 2 blocks away!!!

Also, the condo is fully equipped and furnished with:

For rentals that are 1 month or longer you will be responsible to pay the electric bill. This bill may run from $30 to $200 based on how much you use the air conditioning. For long term rentals I will require a deposit of $350 upon arrival that will be refunded at check out if there are no damages or outstanding electric bills.

You will have access to the swimming pool on the premises, free parking for 1 car, Wi-Fi internet.

Getting around

It is easy to get around Jaco, it is 1 hour away from San Jose, and 45 minutes away by car to the world famous Manuel Antonio National Park. You can rent a car, rent an ATV, take a cab, or a bus, or simply ride your bike around the town.

 

Other things to note

No indoor smoking allowed!
Large Homes with pools or without pools pays water and electricity bill separately from rental payment.The house rules will be given to you upon arrival with a Rental Contract .
