For rentals that are 1 month or longer you will be responsible to pay the electric bill. This bill may run from $30 to $200 based on how much you use the air conditioning. For long term rentals I will require a deposit of $400 upon arrival that, that will be refunded at check out if there are no damages or outstanding electric bills.
The house rules will be given to you upon arrival with a Rental Contract .
If you wish cleaning Service daily, weekly or monthly can be requested at extra fee.
